Michael P Jacobs, MAI SRA has been in the real estate industry for 40 years in active sales, leasing, appraisal, and advisory services. He has experience at all levels, from a raw lot to Manhattan skyscrapers and almost everything between. After years of high-profile real estate throughout the country with the top national full-service commercial real estate firms (CBRE, C&W), his career is focused on South Florida general commercial sales, leasing, advisory and certified appraisal.

He now lives in Weston, Florida with his family and enjoys dating his wife, helping as a baseball coach for his son's Weston Athletic League team, Emmaus brotherhood at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, and serving as an Extraordinary Euchastric Minister.

He is president of South Florida Real Estate Appraisal, LLC (a commercial real estate appraisal firm), and a commercial real estate sales and leasing associate with Charles Rutenberg Realty United.

His credentials include.

  • Both MAI and SRA designations through the Appraisal Institute,
  • Florida State Certified General Appraiser, 
  • Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and Realtor,
  • University of Florida Real Estate Master of Arts.
